Submitting a request does not guarantee that the service can be fulfilled.

Clients are responsible for reviewing contracts, lease terms, payment obligations, legal documents and property decisions before proceeding.

Where we assist with private driver or transport arrangements, services may be provided by third-party drivers or transport providers.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, timings, passenger counts, luggage details and destination information.

Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

12. Personal Shopping and Purchases

Where we assist with personal shopping, sourcing or lifestyle requests, product availability, pricing, quality, sizing, warranty and delivery may depend on third-party retailers or suppliers.

Clients are responsible for approving purchases, budgets and substitutions before payment or purchase is made.
